The gushing sound of a river stream flowing throughout 24*7 just below our farm will be music to your ears.
The home has all the facilities as one would require in a modern home and has a full time caretaker cum cook to take care of you.
Has two rooms along both with comfortable attached bathrooms along with 100 MBPS optical fiber for remote working.
The place is located in a quiet little village named Umagarh in Ramgarh, nearly 1 hour drive from Nainital.
The home is made up with natural material and is a paradise for nature lovers.
Guests have access to the whole property including both rooms, Balconies with amazing views of snow clad peaks and valleys, Kitchen, Farms.
The Kitchen is sufficiently stocked with utensils and cookwares and guests can do self cooking or else can choose the food items from Menu which the caretaker can cook for them!
Guests will have a caretaker at home to make the stay comfortable.

The place is located in an un-touched small little village called Umagarh in Ramgarh. It's a very quiet place with an abundance of natural beauty. The village has great views of snow clad Nanda Devi, Trishul and the Panchachulis. Also a river stream cuts through the valley which is full of Pine, Oak and Cedar trees and is surrounded by Forrest land till the end of sight!
The village has many orchards with Apple, Peach, Plum and many other trees are grown.
People who appreciate Nature's beauty and seclusion will definitely love this place.
The place is nearly 45 kms from the nearest railway station at Kathgodam.
To get to the place, from the nearest major Town Bhowali, one needs to continue on Bhowali Mukteshwar Highway for 13 kms till they reach Ramgarh Market. From Ramgarh market, turn left towards Daak Bunglow road and continue for around 1 km till you see a small lane next to Mahadevi verma Museum Gate. The home is situated 300 metres further in this lane.
The last 300 metres drive is un-mattled but motorable.
For a booking of 2 or 3 guests, only one of the rooms will be made available.
