Perched on the craggy hills of Uttarakhand, architectural elegance is on full display at this spectacular villa. With verdency stretched out before you and breezy balconies to snooze away in the late afternoon sun, it'll be hard to feel anything but relaxed here. When evening falls, guests can dig into an al fresco Kumaoni feast as the sun sets into the hills.
Inside is just as serene, with plenty of classic regal charm, magnificent antique beds, traditional bukhāri and fireplaces. Grab a book and curl up or kick back with a glass of wine and catch up on your favourite cinematic hits on the outdoor projector! With lovely temperate weather through-out the year, you stay in the lap of nature, surrounded by beautiful mountains with views of extraordinary chirping birds, besides the ever pleasing flora and fauna all around you.

This is a wheelchair-friendly and a pet-friendly property.
The Space:
BEDROOMS
- Embellished with the most charming and comfortable furniture, there are 3 bedrooms at this cottage - 1 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor.
- Each of these bedrooms are decked with a myriad of amenities such as a king-sized bed, heaters and extra mattresses.
- Two of these bedrooms offer a TV.
- The bedroom on the ground floor opens up to a spacious verandah and the first floor bedrooms come with attached balconies offering ample seating space.
- These breezy balconies offer a captivating view of the lush greenery and magnificent mountains that surround the property.
- The ground floor bedroom offers a separate workstation.
- All the bedrooms are equipped with a spacious ensuite bathroom.
BATHROOMS
- There are 3 ensuite bathrooms and 1 powder room that sits on the ground floor of the cottage.
- Each of these bathrooms are spacious and are equipped with geysers, towels and basic toiletries.
COMMON AREAS
- As you enter through the fields and pull toward this quaint property, you will realise that this cottage is no less than something out of a novel.
- Surrounded by greenery from each side, its unique build is so captivating, you will be left in awe.
- Step foot into the warm and cosy living room with a fireplace and seating for up to 6 people.
- There is an additional living room on the second floor that can accommodate up to 5 people.
- It offers a sofa along with 2 recliners, making it a perfect place for you and your loved ones to lounge in.
- Both these living rooms include amenities like heaters, music system, an aesthetic & cosy fireplace, Wi-Fi access along with an additional dongle for connectivity.
- There is an additional dining area on the ground floor that offers seating for up to 8 people.
- Guests can relish a scrumptious barbeque or enjoy a fun-filled bonfire session in the lawn.
KITCHEN
- There are 2 kitchens at the property - both on the ground floor.
- Guests have access to one of the kitchens and can use it to prepare their own meals at an additional charge of Rs. 1500 per day. Groceries will be charged as per actuals.
- It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, oven, refrigerator, water purifier, toaster and a mixer-grinder.
- Crockery and cutlery are available.
FOOD
- All meals (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner) can be provided at an additional cost of Rs. 3000 per day. Groceries will be charged as per actuals.
- Guests are requested to inform at least 3 hours in advance, if they would require chef services.
- Please note that the cook will not be available post 10 PM.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa except one of the kitchens. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present from 7 AM to 10 PM to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.
STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We can provide accommodation for your personal staff at no additional cost. The staff will be accommodated in the servant quarters.
ACTIVITIES
Ensuring you a serene & relaxing getaway from the hustle and commotion of the city, this villa is the perfect escape. Within the property, guests can take a leisurely stroll on the lawn amidst the gentle chirping of the enchanting birds around. Guests can relish a barbeque meal by the beautiful indoor fireplace. They can also request for a barbecue or bonfire to be lit up. The home is equipped with balconies that are quaint and are surrounded by lush greenery where guests can sit back, relax and have a nice cup of coffee. Read your favourite novel, play some indoor games or watch your favourite movie on the outdoor projector with your loved ones.
ADD-ON SERVICES
- Barbecue kit along with the coal can be made available at an additional cost of Rs.500. Ingredients will be charged as per actuals.
- The bonfire can be lit at an additional cost of Rs.1000 for 2 hours.
- The fireplace can be used at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 for 2 hours.
- Guests can enjoy watching a movie on the outdoor projector, under the starry sky at an additional cost of Rs. 1500. The availability of the projector service will depend on weather conditions.
- Please note that the guests need to carry their own laptop for using the projector.
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- This is a pet-friendly property. However, pets are not allowed in the bedrooms, living area and dining area.
- In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the lights and fans for up to 4 hours.
- All mobile networks work fairly well here.
- Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- Guests are advised to keep the windows shut in the evenings during monsoon, as the area is prone to insects or bugs given that the villa is located in a natural environment.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. However, it has a 2GB limit and the network is subject to availability at any given time. An additional dongle support is also provided.
