Great place to work from, enjoy the calmness of the nature and work under the trees with birds for company.

This Cabin has been built within a lush green property. The owners have their house at a distance from the cabin and the property also has a 10 room hotel and has a functional kitchen.

The Cabin is designed as a two person accommodation only, has a private garden and a patio. Additional mattress is available upon request at extra cost. The cabin has a Kitchenette along with basic utensils with an induction cook top for cooking.

The guests can order food from the restaurant within the property or the restaurants nearby.

Guests can request a bonfire in the evenings at additional cost, and can also avail a custom barbecue which can be setup at an additional cost.

The property within which the Cabin is built is named ‘Bhatt Niwas’ and the complete property premises are accessible to the guests.

The entry for Bhatt Niwas and the Cabin are the same. The entry gate is next to Maya Regency Hotel. Guests have free parking available.

The host of the property does not stay, the property is looked after by Mr. Ravi, who shall be available to guide and fulfil all the requirements of the guest. The host will be available over call and message.

- Sattal lake which is 10 mins drive.
- Bhimtal lake is approachable by car with 5 mins. You can trek to the Bhimtal city from this property.
- Naukuchiatal is 15 mins drive from the property
- Nainital is a 30 mins drive
- Kainchi Dham Temple is 15 mins drive
- Ghodakhal Temple is 20 mins drive

Activities:
- Paragliding, kayaking, boating in Bhimtal/Sattal/Naukuchiatal
- Enjoy Trail walks all around bhimtal

Restaurants:
- Machan Restaurant is walking distance
- iHeart Cafe is 5 mins drive or even walkable (2kms)
- Bhimtal City is 3kms

Once you reach Bhimtal, you need to drive towards Bhowali. The petrol pump on the way to bhowali is opposite to the Machan restaurant. The road to Maya regency hotel from Machan is a downhill road. Our property entrance is next to Maya Hotel Entrance.
