Our Homestay has Two Floors which are divided into 2 separate apartments. On a booking of upto 6 people we give a single apartment.
For a Booking of more than 6 people, guests can enjoy the entire cottage.
My place offers 4 Bedrooms plus 2 Sofa cum beds and can comfortably accommodate upto 12 people and more with mattresses within a cosy wooden ambience. We offer Superfast Airtel FIBRE WIFI 300 Mbps for "WORK FROM HOME". The rooftop offers panoramic view of the mountains.
The place has a total of 4 Bedrooms and 2 Sofa cum Beds in the living area. There is a caretaker (NEERAJ) who will always be there at your service. He can prepare basic meals, do all the cooking and cleaning for a nominal fee.
The wooden interiors and the cosy atmosphere make the place unique.

The guests have access to all the spaces. We open the rooms as per the number of people booked for.
Guests are more than welcome to use the fully equipped kitchen for cooking their own meals. We also have a caretaker, Neeraj who lives at the property and will help the guests check in and get familiar with the cottage. You can also hire his services to cook meals, do the cleaning, wash the dishes for a nominal Rs 300/- day charge payable directly to him by cash.
I will be open to any assistance throughout their stay.
The Boat house club is a great place to visit. There are many good restaurants situated at the Mall Road and if you like Chinese then the Tibetan Market offers a lot to serve your taste buds.
The best part is that all the places to chill are very close by so you can park your car and take a walk around town enjoying the magnificence of this beautiful hill station.
There is parking available which can accommodate two cars. Cabs are easily available but it is best to leave the car at the parking and take a walk around town.
All the major tourist attractions are a short walk away. Nainital offers many tourist attractions. Tourists can go for boating at the lake, take a Ropeway ride to Snow-View , visit the local Zoo, go for Trekking - Hiking, visit the nearby lakes, go for adventure activities like Paragliding and Rock-climbing.The Boat house club is a great place to visit. There are many good restaurants situated at the Mall Road and if you like Chinese then the Tibetan Market offers a lot to serve your taste buds.
