The home has a naturally cool vibe and has no air conditioners. - Imagine waking up to the view of a vegetable garden, hills peppered with windmills on the right and a view of the lake on the left, thats the kind of experience you will have at Serenity! - Built for a family, this peaceful 3 bedroom farmstay is easily accessible from Mumbai, nestled in Igatpuri, Nashik and 1.5 hours away from Sula Vineyards. - Find serenity at this home as it has a temple just near the entrance, a fountain in the corner of a verdant green lawn, and two beautiful swings on which you can enjoy the breezy, silent and pastoral view. - Team up with your loved ones for a game of cricket or pick fresh produce from the vegetable garden for your meals at your visit to this home. - The landscape of this home comes alive during the rains and you can watch waterfalls form and flow down the side of the mountains. Guests can access all indoor and outdoor spaces except the kitchen. We have a good cook at the villa to take care of all your meal requirements so sit back and enjoy! Guests can access the kitchen for cooking baby meals for infants. The cricket pitch and the farms are shared with another home on the ground - Zen. The caretaker is present onsite to help the guests. Surrounded by a luxuriant green cover, the veranda offers views of the surrounding farms, a lake and seasonal waterfalls Enjoy the misty views, a nip in the air, a walk in the farms, and a much-needed solitude as you unwind in the privacy of this fully-serviced villa. There is a common cricket pitch as well. Guests can take a train and get down at either Igatpuri station which is 34 km from the home or Nashik station which is 29 km from the home. Guests can take a cab from the station and reach the villa. -Meals are available at Rs1300 (veg) and Rs1500 (non-veg) per person, per day and for children at Rs650 (veg) and Rs750 (non-veg) per child, per day. The meal charges are to be paid in cash to the caretaker. -Or Guests can get their own ingredients and cook their meals after paying kitchen usage charges of Rs1000 per night. This is only applicable on bookings more than 3 nights. -Fish and mutton dishes (subject to availability) can be served at an additional cost which is payable at actuals onsite -Tea/Coffee will be served during breakfast and evening tea time. If you would like tea/coffee at any other time of the day, it can be arranged at an additional charge.
