I have been hosting guests since 2 years now. I have 4 properties on agoda Everyroom has a dedicated washroom to the room. 4 wheeler parking available exactly in front of the house, we park our car there too. Entrance to this room from backdoor of my bunglow. Freshly painted with new interiors and matrress. A shared refrigerator and Aquaguard kept in the passage . Guest access The entrance to the room will be from the back door of my bunglow . Room has a dedicated washroom for the guests. Other things to note Washing machine available at the property 200/ wash for a bucket full of clothes . 500/- per day rent 2k deposit ( eventually returned back if no damage) Driving license and wearing a helmet cumpolsary ‼️ Helmet will be provided. Petrol and any accidental damage borne by you . It is my family scooter, so would request you to drive carefully like its your own vehicle! Rental thing is only for my agoda guests , for them to find a convenient means of transport , instead of roaming around to find one vehicle rental shop.
