The property is built on 3 acres of land with a sprawling law and a large private swimming pool suitable for adults and kids. It has 5 luxurious bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a spacious hall for you and your family to spend time together. Along with aesthetic interiors the property is surrounded by 2.5 acres of organic farms of Guava and Mangoes which you will have access to. Apart from this, it has huge space to play football, cricket and badminton. Outdoor dining area for you to enjoy your meal with the scenic view of mountains.
One of the advantages of staying at Unnati Farm is that the food is prepared by a professional chef and not by the caretaker. This ensures that guests don't have to compromise on the quality of the food, and can enjoy delicious home-cooked meals throughout their stay. Meals provided at additional cost.
To enhance your experience we provide bonfire with no additional cost. The bonfire experience at Unnati Farm is especially popular during the winter months when the weather is cool and pleasant. 1. We can accommodate maximum 25 guests at an additional 1500 per person per night.
2. The property has two kitchens, one for the guests and another only for our chef to cook food. If you wish to cook your own food then the guest's kitchen will be accessible for you. If you opt-in for our meal package then the guest's kitchen will not be available to use, our guests will cook meals for you. Please note, you cannot opt-in for both the options.
The guests kitchen is equipped with basic utensils and an electric stove (Induction) only, raw material will not be provided. If you bring your own utensils then please make sure they are compatible with electric stove (induction)
3. No loud music after 11pm.
4.Total 5 bedrooms( 4 bedrooms with AC and 1 without AC but with a cooler and fan).
5. We accept family bookings only. Bachelors strictly not allowed.
6. Inappropriate behaviour or violation of the house rules will not be entertained. In such case, we reserve all rights to ask the guests to leave immediately.
7. Stag parties strictly not allowed.
8. Consumption of drugs or hookah is strictly prohibited.
9. Pets are not allowed in the pool for hygiene purposes.
