We hope this information helps, and please don’t hesitate to reach out for any further queries. We're always happy to assist! Q:- Where is the villa located, and what are the nearby landmarks? A:- The villa is located in Sector 105, Noida, just 1 km from the Noida Expressway. You can easily find it on the map. The address is B-45, Sector 105, Noida. Q:- How many rooms are there, and how many guests can the villa accommodate? Is the entire villa available to us? A:- The villa offers 2 double beds (one with an attached bathroom) and a sofa-cum-bed in the drawing hall, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. All rooms, including the drawing hall, are air-conditioned. You will have the entire villa for your stay. Each bed is provided with either a double quilt or dohar based on your preference. Q:- Can we bring extra guests beyond 6? A:- The villa is designed to accommodate a maximum of 6 guests. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate more. Q:- What measures are in place for hygiene and sanitization? A:- The villa is thoroughly cleaned after every checkout. In light of the current pandemic, we ensure proper sanitization and provide freshly laundered linen for every new guest. Q:- Can meals be included? Is the kitchen fully equipped? A:- We don’t offer meals, but there are several dining options nearby, and I’m happy to share recommendations. The kitchen is fully equipped for 6 guests, with a stovetop, microwave, fridge, toaster, coffee machine, and all necessary utensils. You can cook your own meals, but please bring your groceries (including oil). For simple Indian meals, you can hire our caretaker (additional cost applies), but I recommend bringing pizzas, biryani, or ready-to-reheat curries for convenience. Nearby liquor stores are available for your convenience. Q:- Will a caretaker be available during our stay? A:- Yes, our caretaker is available for housekeeping services (included in the tariff). He lives on the property and is available from 9 AM to 8:30 PM (until 8:30 PM during winter). Additional services, such as grocery runs or cooking, are available for a fee (rates provided upon request). Q:- Is there a Plunge pool? A:- Yes, guests have access to the pool. Q:- Is there Wi-Fi available? What is the speed? A:- Yes, we offer Wi-Fi, though the speed may vary between 15 Mbps to 60 Mbps. It can sometimes be patchy. Q:- Does the villa have a music system or TV? Is partying allowed? A:- The villa has a Bluetooth-enabled music system, and you’re welcome to play music inside the house. But it is strictly prohibited in the lawn. Q:- Are pets allowed? A:- Pets are welcome, but guests must bring their own pet supplies (bowls, rugs, etc.) and ensure no damage to the property. We ask that pets not be left unsupervised and not sit on the villa’s rugs. Q:- Is smoking allowed? A:- Smoking is not permitted inside the villa, but guests are welcome to smoke in the open spaces, such as the patio or lawn. Q:- What if there is damage to the property? A:- We trust our guests to care for the property as their own. In case of damage, we will charge for repairs based on actual costs, after discussing with you. Q:- Can we decorate the villa (e.g., for birthdays)? A:- Decorations that involve pasting or sticking to the walls are not allowed. We are unable to assist with decorating, but you are welcome to do so within the villa’s guidelines. Q:- What are the check-in and check-out timings? I
