We are located in Central Delhi near Connaught Place, next to ITO metro station. We have cosy interiors, comfy beds, is fully AC with a private bathroom & a fully-equipped private kitchen. The airport is just 30 mins away, New Delhi Railway Station less than 2 km and ITO metro station at a walk of 7 minutes.This is a value accommodation on second floor without lift and parking in a non posh area. We have two more apartments in the same building which are listed here on agoda on my profile. The most unique thing about our apartment is its excellent interior and the best location. The Gate number 5 of Delhi Gate Metro Station as well as ITO metro station are at a walking distance of 7 minutes only. Most prominent landmarks such as Pragati Maidan, Indira Gandhi Indoor Stadium, Red Fort, Chandni Chowk, Old Delhi Railway Station, CP, India Gate etc. are within radius of 2-3 km. Uber and Ola cabs are easily available as well as private taxi and Auto. This apartment is ideal for tourists, families as well as corporate travellers. Apart from fully equipped kitchen in the apartment for your private and exclusive use, you have the choice of ordering home made food from us. The breakfast is at Rs. 175 per person and meals at Rs. 300/- per person. However, please note that the apartment is on a narrow street and car can reach till 150 meters away from the apartment. We offer free luggage service to all our guests. The apartment is on second floor and there is no lift and no parking. The guests can access entire apartment including kitchen and washrooms. Please note that kitchen and wash rooms are outside the two rooms and the same are not attached. However, both kitchen and wash room are just outside the two rooms and are easily accessible. The kitchen and wash room are not shared and they are available for exclusive use of guest. Apart from fully equipped kitchen in the apartment for your private and exclusive use, you have the choice of ordering home made food from us. This is a low income neighborhood called Vikram Nagar and is right besides Feroze Shah Kotla Fort. We usually receive our guests on the main gate of Feroze Shah Kotla Fort and take them to the apartment with luggage service provided. The apartment is in second floor and staircase has around 19 narrow steps. The hand rail is provided to climb easily. There is a dhaba nearby where the food is cheap and tasty. The option of take away and home delivery is available. Please insist on hygiene while ordering food. The neighbors are peace loving citizens and live with their family. Thus it is a very safe neighborhood. However, please do not expect this colony to be very posh. We have, therefore, kept the price reasonable. Kindly visit our other listings for posh neighborhood and bigger places. The place will definitely give you the fulfilling experience of being part of a colorful and happening local community! This apartment is in the heart of Delhi. The nearest metro stations are ITO metro stations and Delhi Gate Metro Stations which are located within walking distance of 7 minutes. This apartment is in a colony where the residents have been living with their families for many years. They are peace loving in nature, but at the same time are more than willing to help the guest in case of any contingency. They will definitely make you feel welcome as a part of their quaint neighborhood. All the major sight seeing options like Akshar Dham, India Gate, Jama Masjid, Red Fort,, Humayun's tomb Connaught Place, Raj Ghat, Parliament House, Supreme Court and pragati Maidan are located within a radius of 2-3 kms only. They can be acessed by metro as well as tuk tuk and cabs. We will be happy to assist you. Please note that we do provide freshly cooked home made breakfast. However, the same is not complimentary. We charge Rs 175 per person per day for breakfast and Rs. 300 per person for meals. This is very healthy vegetarian food and is made at my home and served in tiffin box. Please make note of the same. The apartment is in a low income neighbourhood and you are required to climb to second floor through narrow stairs and there is no lift.
