The house consists of 3 Separated rooms on 1st Floor of which 2 Bedrooms has attached bathroom with a geyser and a balcony to relax in and one bedroom is an activity room without Bathroom and balcony , but has this room has a valley view from window and which in later night can be used for sleeping on mattress , of each having a bedroom with AC(Charges will be extra for AC) as in panchgani AC is not required most.

We have kitchen, one bathroom with a geyser and a veranda to relax in and living room with traditional sofa 3 + 2 Seating and 1 Sofa cum bed with TV and Sound system provision .

We have ample parking space with 2-3 Cars accommodated easily and same space can be used for playing outdoor sports , near valley we have camp fire and seating provision were you can enjoy the valley view and unwind with some drinks with your friends and family.
My caretaker, Pramod is available on the premises Full time to help with anything you might need.
You will be provided with all the basic necessities like Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels and cutlery.
An inverter which can power the Villa for upto 3 hours is also available in case of power outages.
There is a kitchen where you can prepare basic meals: it has all the appliances like an Gas stove, fridge, kettle, toaster, dinnerware, silverware, cups, pots, and pans , but for basic meals only.
For drinking water we provide Bisleri mineral water only .
Please Note : Kitchen is Open for cooking if required but you need to follow all safety and cleanliness and it should be properly handle , no damage will be accepted, and groceries will be extra at actuals.
Or if required we can avail food as per your need but Food charges like Breakfast / Lunch /Dinner etc will be extra and rates it is not included in Tariff .
In our efforts to preserve water, we change towels and linen only upon request with a maximum of after every 2 nights and cleaning of the rooms is done once in 2 days. Also, there may be unforseen inconveniences like no electricity for a few hours (there is an inverter to power basic fans, lights, wifi and power sockets) during your stay but this would not be grounds for a refund.

Guests have access to the entire villa.
EARLY CHECK-IN & LATE CHECK-OUT is usually difficult to accommodate since the place always runs full. Kindly bear with me and respect the check-in & check-out hours.
