About this space
Kamlax Villa is newly built house near to Serenity Beach, 5 km from Pondicherry, the best beach in the area, fully equipped private house with a perfect for friends and family and walking distance beach, equipped with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, one living room, kitchen and large terrace.
All the rooms are having AC and AC in the Living room.
There is Jio fiber Internet WIFI connection for free and if you want can request for a paid caretaker (11am-1pm)
The space
Kamlax Villa is located near to the beach named "Serenity Beach". This is the most famous and popular beach in the area.
On the ground floor there is 1 bedrooms with AC and attached bathrooms, each with a double bed, one living room with a sofas with kitchen and 3 bedrooms in the first floor with attached bathrooms.
Please note that any damage or extra cleaning (if the house is very dirty on check-out time) will be chargeable a MINIMUM of 3,000 INR.
Pets are most welcome and must be registered in the (URL HIDDEN)
upon request One caretaker maid will be arranged between 11 AM and 01:00 PM only. There is NO caretaker living there but my assistant can help you during day time if you need.
We do NOT provide any meal service, food delivery is very easy and you can cook on your own if you wish, we advise your to bring your own kitchen equipments.
The area is very safe, and the area is a very touristic place.
There is one private parking, and can park 3-4 cars next our Villa
Electricity : the villa is equipped with Solar and UPS (battery). We are proud to say zero emission Villa.
Check-in time is from 02:00 PM and check-out time is before 11:00 AM only. Those timings are NOT flexible, to allow us enough time to fully clean and sanitize the house between two guests. But you can drop your bags and freshen up in my office nearby if you arrive early.

The house is fully equipped, there is sheets and towels, all that you need for cooking, Internet WIFI and cleaning service every day upon request (Paid Maid)

Please note that any changes in tax structure due to government policies will result in revised taxes, which will be applicable to all reservations and will be charged additionally during check out.
