The 4 deluxe rooms are air-conditioned and are with en-suite washrooms. The contemporary look of the living area (Non AC) with a plush sofa set, an 8 seater dining table opens to the green lawn and city view. An outdoor swing attached with the hallway allows guests to spend their high tea time with a sun set. The washrooms are equipped with basic toiletries for the guest. A fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, gas stove and crockery are available.The property stretches a huge private lawn with a well maintained garden, perfect to host a birthday parties and anniversaries or any corporate occasions. The house has two assistant for the service of the guest who stays at the outhouse and is available 24 x 7. To be more specific the villa is located just about 5 km away from Chadni Chowk.Please NOTE:We only cater to " FAMILIES ".bachelors and Local pune crowd are not ENTERTAINED.!Other things to noteIts a VEG house , We do NOT cook non veg at the villa.Note:- living area is non ACThere are Cameras outdoors and at the Pool area for Guest Safety for any unsudden incident. (we do to intent to misuse it and we ensure guests privacy and Safety is maintained)
