The apartment is fully furnished and tastefully decorated. It is located in the beautiful, quaint and peaceful neighbourhood behind NRS Royal palace. The community is a part of a resort that has a shared swimming pool, parking and 24*7 security.

The apartment is all your's with no shared spaces with a balcony inviting fresh air and positivity. It is suitable for a family of six to eight.

Two bedrooms with super king size beds, an extra mattress provision in each room, AC in both bedrooms, LED TV with Tata sky.
Both bedrooms have attached bathroom with toilet, sink, bathtub and geyser for hot water
Separate living area with five seater sofa, wall mounted fans, an attached balcony with outdoor chairs.
Two separate kitchens with induction, basic kitchen utensils, mini refrigerator.

The apartment is equipped with a Semi automatic washing machine with dryer, Iron with an iron table. Please note that washing machine and iron is installed in one of the flats
Guests have access to the entire unit with no shared spaces
Swimming pool is shared and is under society management. Access to swimming pool will be chargeable @100 per head, per hour. Kindly bring your own swimming costumes else that will additionally payable.
Guests will be provided linens, towels during checkin and will be replaced once in two days
There are play structures for children which is free to use

The flat is on the mezzanine floor (intermediate floor between first and ground floor) and not on elevator level.
Elevator facility is there for guest access
Note - Autos are not allowed inside the society premise. In case of senior citizens exception can be made. Rented bikes and scooters should be parked inside the society by the society gate.
Cleaning service will be provided every alternate day and is free
