Located in the laps of the expansive temple of savitiri mata is the freshly bloomed ‘Pushkar Sunset Glamping’. Glamping as we know is “a form of camping involving accommodation and facilities more luxurious than those associated with traditional camping”- Oxford. WHAT IS IT? We are assembling 15 fully equipped mobile camps for a brief period of 4 months. The spacious and comfortable tents are all imprinted with hand crafted block prints, reflecting elementary rajasthani culture. Each tent will include wooden beddings & furniture, study lamps, luggage racks and solo recliner seatings. The bathrooms are all scenic and safe for a comfortable refreshment. xad WHEN IS IT? Through the winter season starting from the 1st of November, 2022 until 1st March, 2023. HIgh probabilities of extension till HOLI!! WHY THIS? The idea was to offer Pushkar’s best point for sunrise and sunset to all its travelers with a traditional marwari camping experience. The location is the unbeatable asset of the glamps. WHO? A group of young enthusiasts, together working for four years, have observed all seasons in Pushkar. They explored the boosting trend of camping culture and eventually came up with these minimalist tents with the maximalist views. WHAT IS THE VIBE? Everything rural, minimal, authentic and ‘desi’. You can notice the trail of ‘tokri’ lights across the glamps for direction. WHAT IS THE VIEW? Each tent is facing the infinite golden sand dunes and the magnificent aravalli ranges. The place is a dream for young travelers and culture enthusiasts. WHAT ABOUT FOOD? You will be offered with traditional, organic and satvic rajasthani set menus for the duration and an open kitchen for ‘chai’ and coffee. WHAT ELSE? One can also experience the dunes by camel trotting or swifting by the jeep safari or simply by doing the nature walk. WHERE IS IT? Located adjacent to Rawai, Pushar. 2.5 from Jaipur airport and 30 mnts from Ajmer Railway station.
