Our property is suitable for longer stay and is situated in Posh gated community in Tapovan and approx. 1.5 km from Laxman jhulla or Ganga River. Entire one BHK Cozy Fully furnished apartment is offered to one booking & guest can enjoy panoramic view of mountains from balcony. Fully furnished Flat with kitchen, AC.,TV, parking, Broadband wifi and power back for light and fans ,parking area ,lift in the building and its close to market, cafe, restaurants , public transport and all attractions.
Our property is situated in posh gated community in Tapovan, Rishikesh. It has one bedroom with AC ,TV/CABLE ,wifi,almirah, Living area with Sofa cum bed , Dining area , Kitchen with basic utensils ,Stove top, LPG cylinder to cook meal, RO Water Purifier machine, Refrigerator ,lift parking and power backup for lights and fans. Broadband Wifi connection help for guests to work from home scenarios.
Sleeping arrangements-
Master bedroom has King size bed with TV ,Aircon and study table, chair, and almirah to put luggage. Attached balcony to enjoy great view of Himalayas or mountains.
Living hall has sofa cum bed(equivalent to double bed and sofa. Dining table and chairs for dine in in Dining area. Another Foldable mattress is available.
Kitchen with utensils/cooking gas, stove top ,RO Water Purifier, Refrigerator, Lift in the building, Car parking for two/four wheeler, Power back up for Fans, lights .it is fully functional apartment with home like facilities.
Round the clock security guard is available for safety and security of the complex. For safety and security concern , we request guests to enter back in the building by 11 PM or so. Late night/Mid night entries may disturb other guests or residents staying in next to our apartments.
#Room heater can be provided during winter season with nominal charges basis per day on request basis, subject to availability.
#Daily housekeeping services or cook or maid on request can be arranged basis with extra charge to make your stay as comfortable as possible during your long stay of one month or so.

This place is close to most of the restaurants, cafe,market where every day use items can be purchased.
Check in time :From 2 pm onward - till 10 PM and check out time : 10 am.. However we can give early check or late check out on chargeable basis ,only depends upon our bookings and availability. So guest need to let us know in advance. If it is possible we will inform you.
Pls contact host for any extended check out time (10 am) to avoid any paneity -1500 rs to be paid by the guest. Thanks
Being a society complex, guest need to maintain peaceful environment and should respect privacy of other neighbors guests/residents.
Party and loud music and events not allowed.
Alcohol, non veg cooked meal not allowed being a holy city Rishikesh.
We ask guest to keep flat neat and clean and taking care of all electronic appliances and handover the apartment in the same condition in which it was handed over during check in .
guest need to handover the apartment keys to our staff or as communicated by host before check out.
in case of loss of keys or not giving the apartment keys back to property, guest could attract heavy penalty of 5000 rs.
All foreigner require to send their passport and Visa copy before their check in. They also require to fill Form C as per Indian Govt Norms.
All domestic travelers require to send/produce ID proof before/ at the time of check in.
