2. electricity is supplied by electricity department . In case of main electricity supply failure from electricity department, we have no control over them . To avoid black out in the flat , our flat has home invertor for partial power back up for lights fans and WiFi for few hours 4-5 hours depending upon usage .
Air conditioning, lift ,Geyser like high voltage consumption electrical device won’t work on Generators or Invertor power backup .Guest is required to use stairs in such situations instead of lift.
There is not much view from flat but u can get mountain view if you go to terrace .

Please inform the Host in advance before arrival on property if there is any additional guests to stay which is not part of original (URL HIDDEN)
We can allow only those numbers of guests which is part of (URL HIDDEN)
Unauthorized/Unregistered guests arrival which are not part of booking could charge 1000 Rs per Guest extra per day over and above the booking made . Check in will be denied/delayed until payment of extra guest are paid.
It is one BHK fully furnished apartment with one Master bedroom ,One bathroom , Broadband WIFI through out the flat, living area ,dining area, open kitchen & balcony, Lift in the building, power back up(For fans, lights and WIFI) & Free parking. Entire apartment is booked for one guest booking .
Sleeping arrangements can be done for 6-8 guests with Extra Mattress based upon the guest booking made.
Unregistered guests are not allowed which are not part of (URL HIDDEN)
Unregistered guests are charged 1000 Rs per person per day basis before check in or check in will be denied or delayed until payment for extra guests are paid
Location: It is located within Deecon Valley complex and our flat is in one of the building in this complex. This is gated society having securing guard 24*7 so building is safe and secure even for solo travelers or ladies.
Flat is approx. 200 meter away from Main Badrinath road , but it is motorable road and vehicle cars etc can reach till property.

Please note this is home stay ,not hotel stay.Guest need to maintain peaceful environment and should respect privacy of other neighbours guests/residents.
Party and loud music and events not allowed.
Alcohol, non veg cooked meal not allowed being a holy city Rishikesh.
We ask guest to keep flat neat and clean and taking care of all electronic appliances and handover the apartment in the same condition in which it was handed over during check in .
All foreigner require to send their passport and Visa copy before their check in. They also require to fill Form C as per Indian Govt Norms.
All domestic travellers require to send/produce ID proof before/ at the time of check in.
Check in time :From 1 pm till 11 PM (late night check in not possible) and check out time : 10 am.. However we can give early check(on chargeable basis) or late check out (on chargeable basis)only depends upon our bookings and availability. So guest need to let us know in advance. If it is possible we will inform you.
guest is requested to adhere with check out time to avoid any inconveniences for our next guest so our next guest can be well served without any delay in their check in time.
