Populated by rows of pine, along with chestnut, oak, kafal and rhododendron, this place is ideal for those looking for a quiet place to rejuvenate. The lodge is perched above nearly 6,750 ft and offers breathtaking views of the entire Himalayan range from Trishul, Nanda Devi, Nanda Kot to Panchachuli and Appi. Accommodation at Chestnut Grove Himalayan Lodge comes in the form of six beautifully appointed cottages. Unique in its own kind, these cottages are made of stone, wood bamboo and thatch. There are attached bathrooms in all the cottages, which are provided with 24-hour running hot and cold water and basic toiletries. The resort features a separate dining area that serves mouth-watering Indian and Continental dishes. Besides these, the lodge features ample space where visitors can park their vehicles.
