Located in a quite locality called Lapalang, the apartment is ideal for solo travellers or those travelling in a pair. The apartment is a five minutes walk to the main market where guests will find all their daily essentials, transportation facilities, cafes, etc.
Having a studio apartment design concept, the space is compact and houses the kitchenette, bedroom, sitting room and study all in a single area. Guest will have exclusive access to a bathroom that is not attached to the main space.
The kitchenette is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, water purifier, sink, storage space and basic kitchen ware for cooking simple meals. Basic supplies like salt, pepper and oil will also be provided.
With ample storage space, the main bed measures 44 inches in width and the sofa cum bed can be used for any additional guests. Sheets and blankets are included.
The bathroom consists of a sink with a front mirror, flushable toilet and a 15 L geyser. Liquid soap and towels will be provided.
Guest will have exclusive access to the apartment and bathroom, shared access to front lawn and parking area.
- Breakfast: We will not be providing breakfast and guests will have to prepare the meal on their own.
- Cleaning: Except for Sundays, the caretaker will be available to broom & mop the space and wash the bathroom. Guests will have to take care of the kitchen area including dishes.
- Garbage: The caretaker will be collecting the garbage on days when the garbage truck comes.
- In case of any damage or breakage within the space, guests should inform us immediately.

Please note that any changes in tax structure due to government policies will result in revised taxes, which will be applicable to all reservations and will be charged additionally during check out.
