This Villa is in a serene area, and is designed with big windows which allows you to enjoy the view and the sunset from the rooms itself. Let us walk you through the Villa, Bedrooms: - All 3 bedrooms have queen size beds, wardrobes and attached bathrooms. - Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all rooms. - Kettles provided in all rooms with heating arrangements. Living Room: - The living room is spacious and has a seating arrangement for 8-10 people. - A flat-screen TV, separate dinning area is available. - Another living area is in the Attic. Bathrooms: - The Villa has 3 private bathrooms. - All bathrooms are modern and have geysers for hot water supply. - Essentials such as towels and basic toiletries are provided. Open Area: - The Villa has a terrace on the top floor with outdoor furniture. - Bonfire is available in the outdoor area. - Open area is serene and valley facing. Food: - Non-vegetarian - vegetarian lunch and dinner can be provided in-house at an additional cost. - Guests can also choose to eat à la carte, from a selection of freshly prepared vegetarian and non-vegetarian local specialties. - Please make sure to order in advance as everything is freshly prepared. The guests have access to the entire villa. Two cars can be parked easily at the property. - The Villa is near Byke Resort which is hardly 10 minutes drive away from Mashobra. - Shimla Mall Road is roughly 30 minutes drive away. - Naldhera Golf course is 15 minutes drive away. - The last 40 meters of the road leading to the property is a broken patch but is wide enough. - Indoor parking for two cars is available. No Surprise policy for additional services. - Only one pet is allowed . Cleaning charges of Rs500 per night over and above agoda charges will apply. - Laundry services can be availed at an additional cost. - Taxi services can be arranged at an additional cost. - A power backup is available. - Driver accommodation is available at the villa. This service is subject to availability. Meals can be arranged at an additional cost. - This is a pet-friendly property. Guests are requested to take care of the pet’s cleanliness during the stay. - A bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost. -If the staff brings to our attention time taking cleaning chores after you have left, we might request cleaning charges. House rules. Don't worry we don't have many. 1. Yes we know the weather calls for a cheers but please don't break crockery, furniture etc. when you are high. We might request payment for damages if any. 2. Request you to please leave the house not in a mess. If the house is too dirty we might request cleaning charges. 3.
