The spaceThe property is amidst Himalayan Pine forest which is inhabited by the mountain langur and several species of Himalayan birds.The property is spread over 2000 sq meters and has large well kept lawns which are ideal for bonding with friends and relatives. Bonfire and Barbeque find their place in two spacious lawns, which is indeed a luxury in Simla. The property has round the clock help and a caretaker who are all their to spoil you with their simple but yet delicious home food. The property has three living rooms and three dining rooms with ample common places for the guests to relax and rejuvenate. - The kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, a gas stove, a refrigerator, an oven and a water purifier. - Crockery and cutlery are available for up to 20 people.- Complimentary breakfast is offered. - Kitchen is accessible to guests at Rs.1500/- per day for cooking, groceries additional to be borne by guests.- Caretaker can prepare meals for the whole group at an additional cost of Rs. 2500/- per day, groceries will be charged as per actuals. (Only basic Indian and North Indian food)- Guests can also eat out in nearby eateries like Hills Edge, 45 The Central and Eighteen 71 Cookhouse.Guest accessThe guest can utilise the entire bungalow and the lawns or alternatively hire only limited number of rooms. The charges on the site are available for the entire bungalow but option of limited number of rooms also exists. The same can be clarified with the owner by sending an email to the owner. The days can be spent playing badminton or carrom or just basking in the rich winter sunlight. The neat and well kept rooms with a majestic view of the virgin pine forest are something which no other property in Simla can offer.Other things to note- There are two steep turns right before the villa, and tempo traveller cannot go up to the entrance of the villa.
