The house is centrally located in the posh locality of Sanat Nagar and is registered with Tourism Department. Markets, shopping centers and restaurants are within 10 minutes of walking distance
GUEST PRIVACY is of utmost importance and hence during your stay, you will have the whole house to yourself which is spread over 5400 sqft. There are two floors and you will be able to access both of them. The bedrooms with private access and attached washrooms are on the first floor. Bathrooms have centralised water heating whereas the bedrooms come with Split Heating/Cooling systems. There is a garden at the front and plum orchards at the back which are both open for guests. The property caretaker/cook stays in an independent maid room on ground floor, keeps the amenities running and can also cook on additional cost basis. The house also features extra mattresses, a dining table, 6 seater sofa , high speed WIFI, Water Purifier and Smart TV
Whole property will be accessible including the parking and the lawn. It is an Independent house with delineated boundaries and parking. On premises FREE PARKING for 4 Cars. Convenience stores, supermarkets, restaurants are located within a radius of 1 km
The house has pretty easy access to to Gulmarg, Pahalgam, Sonmarg and other touristy places. Cab and Taxi services with a vetted driver can be arranged on demand as per the rates fixed by Transport Union. Apart from bedrooms, there is a dedicated entertainment area and plenty of common spaces. The house also has a huge garden for you to relax
