- Dotted with a rich legacy of the families who lived and loved here, the premises features 3 cosy bedrooms - 1 on the ground floor, and 2 on the first floor.
- Exuding warm subtle pastels and vintage decor, all rooms offer a variety of amenities such as a queen-sized four-poster bed, AC, Wi-Fi access, antique wardrobe, and an attached balcony.
- The room on the ground floor offers a shared bathroom whereas the rooms on the first floor are equipped with an ensuite bathroom each.
- One of the rooms on the first floor also offers a mini-fridge.

BATHROOMS
- There are 2 ensuite bathrooms and 1 shared bathroom - on the ground floor.
- All bathrooms are equipped with geysers, towels, and basic toiletries.

COMMON AREAS
- The rustic and vintage interiors of this exquisite mansion feature beautiful lounge areas, and several cosy nooks that offer nothing but comfort and solace.
- The living room on the ground floor is one such spot in the house, that offers a space where guests can spend some quality time in the company of their loved ones.
- Featuring a 4-seater sofa and a diwan, this room with a TV, Wi-Fi, and a wired CCTV camera can accommodate up to 8 people.
- The living room also features a quaint dining area that can accommodate up to 8 people.
- Both the living room and dining area are not equipped with an air-conditioning system.
- Adapting an unhurried lifestyle, the interiors of this 130-year-old abode take you back to a bygone era.
- The spacious verandah that occupies the whole first floor offers a designated workstation where one can immerse themselves in their favourite literary world.
- The verandah also has snug seating arrangements for up to 3 people.

KITCHEN
- Guests can access the kitchen for re-heating and light cooking purposes only.
- It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, water purifier, fridge, and basic utensils.
- Crockery and cutlery are also available.

FOOD
- Breakfast is complimentary.
- For all other meals, guests can choose to eat out or order in from nearby restaurants.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. The caretaker will be available till 10 PM.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- The dining area and living room are not equipped with an air conditioner.
- In case of a power outage, the 900 VA inverter can support all lights and fans for up to 6 hours.
- All mobile networks work fairly well here.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 9 PM.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas of the property for security purposes.
- This is standalone property.
- The caretaker resides on the premises of the property.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
