My caretaker Mr. Babu shall do all the needful. He is available 24/7 and can assist you to get groceries/food or cleaning etc. His charges are INR 100.00 per hour and shall be directly paid to him on daily basis.

The villa is in a beautiful and silent & friendly housing colony. It’s very close to the city.

Lot of high class restaurants between 1-2 km.
You can bring outside food home.
Many of the restaurants have home delivery.

We charge per the number of occupants.
If you are coming with a driver, he can sleep free in the utility area and can use the caretakers washroom.
This is not a serviced apartment, so cleaning and change of bed sheets etc, will not be there.
We provide extra pillow cover, bed sheet, big towel and small towel for reservations made for 7 or more days. If you have reservations for long stay, please wash and reuse.
Welcome kit (soap, shampoo, tooth paste, etc.) is provided once.

Please note that any changes in tax structure due to government policies will result in revised taxes, which will be applicable to all reservations and will be charged additionally during check out.
