This place is caters to who need peaceful stay near lord Balaji golden feet , devotional place called Tirupati. Family friendly and very unique one where complete space is securely monitored all the time and all amenities are available in the 2 bed room unit which is fully furnished. All bedrooms are air conditioned and have attached bathrooms with geysers fitted in. We have designed this as per every visitors choice. We are on the Chennai-Bangalore highway making it easy to commute.
The space :
Its a 1300sft two bedroom house with both the bedrooms airconditioned and attached bath. The bedrooms have spacious wardrobes with balcony view. Kitchen is completely equipped for cooking a quick homemade meal for your near and dear ones. A 40"smart TV with DTH channels is provided in the hall. Wifi and power backup is in place. Lift is available in the building. CC cameras are fitted through out the building for security purpose. Watchman is available round the clock. Covered as well as street parking is available.
Guest access:
They will be able to access the common areas such as parking, terrace, lift and stair case. A complete two bedroom house will be provided with no sharing.
