BEDROOMS
- There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor of the villa.
- ACs are provided in all rooms.
- All rooms offer a flat-screen TV.
- All rooms have attached bathrooms.
- Both rooms have king-size beds. There's a sofa bed for guests to use.

BATHROOMS
- There are 2 private attached bathrooms in the villa.
- There's also 1 shared bathroom in the villa.
- The bathrooms are absolutely neat and tidy.
- The bathrooms have electric geyser for hot water.

COMMON AREAS
- The living room has an AC.
- It has seating arrangements for between 8-10 people.
- There's a terrace where guests can sit-out.
- A private swimming pool is available for the guests to use.
- Children can splash around in the kids' pool.
- There's a private lawn where guests can host events for up to 100 people at an additional cost.
- Outdoor seating arrangements for 8-10 people is available.

KITCHEN
- The pantry is equipped with a refrigerator, gas stove, microwave and water purifier.
- Crockery is available for 8-10 people.
- Guests have free access to the kitchen for preparing tea, coffee, instant noodles and reheating food. However, for elablorate meal preparations, a charge of Rs.1000 per day will be levied. The ingredients will be charged as per actuals.

FOOD
- Guests can choose to eat out or order in from nearby restaurants.
- Cooking or consumption of non-vegetarian food is not allowed.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa as well as the pools and lawn. The villa has a private entrance. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property, but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
There is no separate staff accommodation, however, they can be accommodated in the living/kitchen area of the villa. Staff charges will be the same as an extra person charge.

ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can enjoy a dip in their private pool. A bonfire can also be set up for them. One can also head out to experience all that Udaipur has to offer.

HOME TRUTHS
- While we promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we'd like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- The villa is located in a gated community and there are CCTV cameras in the outdoor areas for security purposes.
- Having your own vehicle or renting a taxi is recommended, as the villa is located in a secluded location in the hills.
- We are unable to offer WiFi here. However, cellular network works fairly well.
- All-male groups are not allowed.
- Kindly note that for any corporate bookings and events, a refundable security charge will be levied.
- Please note that prices for organising events may differ from our regular stay prices.

Udaipur was founded in 1553 by Maharana Udai Singh II as the new capital of Mewar Kingdom. It is often referred to as the 'Venice of the East', or the 'City of Lakes', as Udaipur is located around azure water lakes and is hemmed in by lush green hills of Aravallis. The famous Lake Palace, located in the middle of Lake Pichola is one of the most beautiful sights of this city. Fantastical palaces, temples, havelis (traditional, ornately decorated residences) and countless narrow, crooked, timeless streets add the human counterpoint to the city natural charms. Head out to experience the vibrant bazaars, the colorful art scene, tempting shops and explore the countryside on foot, car or horseback. Wild Orchid is conveniently located close to all these adventures that Udaipur offers.

- Distance from Udaipur City Railway Station - 13 km.
- Distance from Udaipur City Bus Depot - 11.5 km.
- Distance from Bapu Bazaar - 11 km.

Should you wish to drive down in your own car, secured parking space for 3-4 cars is available at Wild Orchid.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of (URL HIDDEN)
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within five working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
