Located 6 kms from Kotagiri town, our villa has 4 bedrooms, living and family area, place to have bonfire, garden & sit out. It has wonderful views of tea plantation and farm field, it is best suited if you want to spend some quality time with mother nature on your spare day.BEDROOMS:- 3 bedrooms with attached washrooms are located in ground floor with common living area. Each bedroom in ground floor has 1 no.of double bed.- First floor has a family area & larger bedroom which has 2 nos of double cot.- Maximum 2 members can sleep in the Double bed and we can provide one extra mattresses if the extra member fee is paid.- Few extra mattresses can be put in hall for larger groups subject to extra cost.BATHROOMS:- Each room attached with bath room and geysers are fitted in each bathroom.- All the basic needs like Towel, soap and shampoo will be provided.COST:- Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner can be arranged with extra cost with prior notice.- Bonfire can be arranged with extra cost.Caretaker will be available in the property for any help.Our property is located in one acres of land and it has nice views and away from city noise.Located just 6 kms from Kotagiri and rarely public transport is available to our place. You can easily drive your car to our place.
