Located in the city of Sulthan Bathery of Wayanad district,state of Kerala.
It has a forest front view where deers , other animals and birds can be seen by sitting in our balcony.
Guests will be accommodated in the first floor. It consists 3 rooms, one hall and a balcony.
Hosts (1 or 2 persons) who stay in the ground floor will be available for helps required.
Guests can have access to the kitchen , iron box, refrigerator etc which are the ground floor.
Gusts can use the Kitchen with Gas stove, Refrigerator, Grilling facility etc. Food is avalable from nearby famous caterers and restaurants

=> Nonmarried couples are not allowed . All Guests (except kids)are required to submit any of the valid photo ID proofs. This is only for our reference.
=> We , hosts (1 or2 persons)will be staying in the ground floor. Gusts are accommodated in the first floor (rooms).
=> Gusts can use the kitchen if required. Tea dust. suger etc are available.
=> We do not directly provide any food . Gusts can order for it from the nearby restaurants and cateres.
=>Alcohol consumption is not allowed in the house.
