The ground floor features a large open style living and dining area, facing onto a private pool. In addition, a comfortable air conditioned TV area, with guest powder room, is located adjacent to the living room. A stylish staircase leads to the first floor. The first floor level is dedicated for the two bedrooms, comfortably set side by side, each with en suite bathroom. One bedroom has king size bed and private balcony. The other bedroom has twin beds, that if required can be converted into another king size bed. It offers tranquility and privacy with view to the surroundings.
