Villa is located in a quite street but really close to many cafes and supermarkets. The villa has three spacious rooms with double beds and Egyptian cotton linens, a large bathroom with hot water and bathroom accessories, a small area for extra relaxation and of course air conditioning. A spacious living room will serve as an excellent place for evening gatherings and discussion of personal progress in surfing. Also a fully equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare snacks at home or delicious dinners with friends! This is new and modern designed 3 bedroom villa with a swimming pool and amazing garden with beautiful palms and blossomed trees. We provide you with every day cleaning and changing bed sheets every 3 days or upon request. Our pool man comes 2 per week as well as a gardener to maintain the territory in good condition. I live close to the villa so would be happy to assist you with daily requests.
