Welcome to Villa Tepi Sungai. A large 5 bedroom Villa nestled away in one of the most famous tourist destinations Bali has to offer, the heart of Seminyak and Legian. Perfectly located close the airport, the main shopping hub, many celebrated restaurants and only a kilometer away from the creamy waves of the famous Legian beach. Perfect for families and big groups. This large Villa has 5 Bedrooms in total with a very inviting 15 meter lap pool and a relaxing roof terrace. Four Bedrooms including the Master are located upstairs with a wrap around balcony. One large bedroom downstairs with a two way bathroom. 3 bathrooms in total. The Villa also includes a private spa room and our team can organise a massage therapist to attend the villa at your request. (Additional charges apply) Each room has bedding (King sized beds in four rooms with two singles in the fifth bedroom), AC, fan, wardrobe with hangers, tv's, bed side reading lamps, and safety deposit box. The Villa has a large fully equipped kitchen with a large family sized dining table and a large living room. The villa also includes a coffee machine, toaster and a microwave. If you are travelling with small children we can organise temporary pool fencing for the pool prior to your arrival and baby gates for the stairs upon request at an additional charge. Please let us know at the time of (URL HIDDEN) Daily cleaning is included (10am-2pm) as well as the villa has a pool cleaner and gardener. Complimentary water dispenser refills are also included. Our team can also organise scooter rental, a babysitter and drivers for your convenience. (Additional charges apply) Guests will have access to the entire Villa for the duration of your stay. There will be two small locked rooms next to the butlers pantry where our cleaning staff keep the linen and cleaning supplies. 15 minute drive from the Ngurah Rai International Airport. 20 minute walk to Legian Beach or 15 minute walk to Bintang Supermarket. The staff at Villa Tepi Sungai can also organise scooter hire and drivers for your convenience. Please allow at least 24hrs notice for this. Anything less we will try our best to accommodate however cannot guarantee. Villa Tepi Sungai offers private parking for guests with a fully covered garage big enough for either a car or multiple scooters. There is also plenty of street parking. The Villa is situated in a quiet laneway with no traffic passing through which makes it not only safer for children but no loud traffic noises can be heard from the Villa.
