For other meals you simply pay for ingredients at cost (with receipts supplied) which works out approx US$4-US$5 per person depending on what you order. • Car & Driver available 8 hours per day (excludes petrol) - Suzuki APV or similar for up to 8 adults including driver. The driver will work extra hours for just USD5 per hour
