The Jasmina Estate was designed for large groups in mind and consists of 7 luxury bedrooms (with 9 beds flexible accommodation including 7 double beds and 4 x adult singles or 7 x king beds) with air conditioning, ensuite bathrooms with high quality vanity units/fixtures & fittings. There’s a large living and entertainment room with open plan kitchen and dining. A large swimming pool (child & non-swimmer friendly) is situated in the tropical garden area along with outdoor daybeds, entertaining and BBQ area. A BBQ is available for use. The rate includes all of the following: • Luxury villa estate accommodation with 7 bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms (9 beds flexible accommodation eg. 5 x king beds and 4 x adult singles or 7 x king beds) • Airport transfers both ways (multiple pick-ups / drop-offs available for same group bookings) in comfortable air-conditioned vehicle • Complimentary Baby Cots, High Chairs, Car Seats and Pool Fence • Pool Fence and kids pool toys • Professional baby-sitting and child-minding services • Our highly rated full-time, in-house chef • Welcome drink and cold towels on arrival • Complimentary breakfast per guest each morning of your stay. For other meals you simply pay for ingredients at cost (with receipts supplied) which works out approx US$4-US$5 per person depending on what you order. It is a very cost effective way of eating for when you don't wish to eat out at the excellent restaurants nearby and the chef is excellent! • Car & Driver available 8 hours per day (excludes petrol) - Suzuki APV or similar for up to 8 adults including driver. We are constantly monitoring best practice from the WHO, the CDC and local authorities: • We have implemented an enhanced cleaning and disinfecting of the property between stays • All our staff have undertaken enhanced training in COVID-19 protocols and wear face masks and disposable gloves at all times • We support good hand hygiene for guests and anyone involved with the property by providing sufficient hand sanitizer, antibacterial soap products at property entry points and key areas, and also encouraging handwashing regularly with water and soap for at least 20 seconds • We Implement social distancing policies during check-in and check-out, and during any interactions with guests, staff, local community. Wherever possible, we encourage minimizing these interactions • We recommend removing shoes when entering the property and leaving them at the entrance • We prioritize high-touch surfaces such as door handles, controls and switches (e.g. light switches, cooking controls, television controls, fan pull chains), bathroom taps, toilet flush handles, toilet seats, utensils, cutlery and crockery, furniture such as chairs, tables, and parts of the bed frames All guest accommodations feature thoughtful amenities to ensure an unparalleled sense of comfort.
