Q: When do we pay the Security deposit?
A: Please pay in cash upon arrival.
Q: Why is it safe to drink from every tap at the Pd?
A: We have installed a reverse-osmosis system that means that every single tap is ran through a water filtration system that ensures the water is safe to drink. This also protects your hair and skin when showering and your gums when brushing your teeth.
Q: How do I get access to the Pd Nmax's?
A: At the Pd we have 2 Nmax mopeds available for our guests to use for 100,000 per day. We require a 1,000,000 IDR security deposit that will be returned upon check-out when the keys and bikes are safely returned to the Pd. Please note that guests must be of the legal age, have the appropriate licenses, and have the proper skills necessary to ride a moped. Please do not drink & drive and ALWAYS wear a helmet.
Q: How do I pre-order alcoholic beverages so they are ready for me once I arrive?
A: Please speak to us directly at least 72 hours before your check-in time so that we can organise delivery. We will send you a comprehensive menu with the prices of what we can have stocked at the Pd.
Q: How do I get access to the Snooker Room?
A: Please note that the Snooker Room is only open with a fee of 400,000 IDR per hour. This room is strictly 16+ years. Komang, our concierge, will be present at all times when guests are using this room. We have a pool table in the Breakfast Club for those under 16.
Q: How many people can sleep in the Pd?
A: The Pd accommodates for up to 8 people. The master bedroom (Bridle Lodge) has a pull-out mattress.

Q: How do I get the Wi-Fi password?
A: Please ask Komang upon arrival for the password.
Q: Is there parking on-site?
A: Yes, we have enough parking space for 2 cars and 3 bikes.
Q: How far is the Pd from the airport?
A: We are a 2 hour drive away from the airport.
Q: What are the Check-in and Check-out times?
A: Check-in 15:00. Check-out: 11:00.
