This perfect 4 bedroom villa contains 4 stories, each containing an array of rooms! The first and highest floor is home to two fully equipped bedrooms, directly overlooking the unforgettable jungle views of Pejeng, Ubud. Step down one level and you are to find another floor with 2 bedrooms, Descend yet once more and you will find the beautiful kitchen, living area and jaw-dropping swimming pool!
Spend your days sipping your favourite drink within your sunken seating area immersed in the swimming pool that spans almost the entirety of the floor!
Just by the living room in the west corner, you are to find another staircase that descends gracefully into your very own Yoga Shala as well as massage area, this is a spacious and perfectly located relaxation space made for those early morning or evening yoga sessions whilst between the serenity and tranquil atmospheres that the magnificent, unobstructed jungle views create, Yoga enthusiasts can also enjoy the beautiful tranquility in the 40 sqm Yoga Shala as well!
You are located in the heart of Pejeng Kawan, Ubud, home to a spectacular array of vistas that surround you, from rice fields, forest and jungle views, and some of Bali’s freshest air! Each moment in this villa you are immersed in nature, amazing memories, truly a capable and fully equipped villa that stands out compared to possibly any other villa in the whole of Bali.

At your service: The villa is fully staffed with villa attendance, gardener, pool caretaker and an onsite manager, available to take care of you. The staffs do not live on the property, but are available when needed.

ROAD ACCESS CONDITION
Considering our villas offer the best view in the infinity pool with jungle view, this villa is located in a remote location with rice field view and the road access is not smooth and perfect. The road is narrow, a bit tricky, still on progress and narrow for some larger cars. There are no lampposts on the limestone road heading to the villa, so it can be dark at night.
If you rent a car, please be aware to bring a smaller car when you arrive at the villa, as a big car may not fit in the road. A car bigger than a Toyota Avanza, may not be suitable to the road. We recommend you to contact our onsite team for better direction first before you come to the villa.
VILLA WITH VALLEY VIEW
As nature is integral to the villa, you may hear peaceful noises from the insects that inhabit the valley during the night. This is the charm of living close to nature in Ubud.
**During Covid-19 we take extra care to disinfect all our surfaces. All towels and bed linens are washed on high temperatures. Our staffs wear masks and hand sanitizer is available. We commit to vigorously following the agoda Guidelines regarding the cleaning protocol**.

FAQs
- Q: What time is the Check-in policy?
-A: Please be informed that check-in time is at 15:00 by default. However, you are most welcome to arrive anytime after 11:00, drop your luggage first and start exploring the area while waiting for your room to be ready. If you need an early check in, we will try to accommodate you but we can’t promise due to villa availability
- Q: What time is the Check-out policy?
- A: Our check-out time is at 11:00 by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and involves extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 11:00 – 18:00; an additional charge of 50% of the Daily Villa Rate will apply. Any check-out after 18:00, will be charged at a full day's Daily Villa Rate.
If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, you are welcome to do so.
- Q: Could I have a butler or a personal Chef to cook, so I can dine in the villa?
- A: Should you wish to dine in the villa, every villa comes with a personal butler catering to your needs. He or she can help you cook simple meals, be it non-complimentary breakfast, at total grocery cost + 50,000IDR per guest per meal as cover charge. Simply let your personal butler know a day in advance. He or she will help you purchase the freshest ingredients in the market and delight you with simple cooking.
Should you wish to have a professional Chef or a professional catering, we have a trusted partner with high hospitality standards at your service, at an additional cost. Simply inquire with your butler a day before. We will be happy to help you arrange this service.
Otherwise, our villa comes with a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal. Please refer to the kitchen amenities list to see what equipment is provided. We believe our kitchen will inspire the chef within you.
- Q : Do you offer a floating breakfast?
- A : We can arrange a floating breakfast at an additional cost of €25/ tray. Breakfast on each tray could be shared between four guests . You could place the order to onsite staff, by latest in the morning the day before. However, to make sure of the availability, please contact us immediately after your booking should you need this extra arrangement.
- Q : Do we have a housekeeping service every day?
- A : Yes, there will be a housekeeping service every day at your convenience. For the sake of respecting every guest's privacy, please kindly arrange with your butler should you wish your villa to be cleaned and at what time.
- Q : Can we have extra clean towels?
- A : You can get an extra towel as long as we have it available.
- Q : What is the maximum occupancy for this villa? Can I have extra beds?
- A : This villa is for 8 people, but the maximum capacity is for 10 people which means that the 9th and 10th person are counted as extra guests. The extra guest fee would be €20/night/person. We can provide two extra mattresses on the floor should you have more than 8 people.
