Located in Pejeng Kawan village, known for its lush jungles and natural beauty, famed terraced rice terraces, village communities, sustainable living and hospitality. You will enjoy the different relaxing spots surrounding the infinity pool, the large living room, sofas, sunbeds or the terrace with exotic natural scenery in sight.

The open living space includes a comfortable lounge area, a big beautiful dining table and a fully equipped open kitchen. You can be sure to find all you are looking for to prepare nice meals, get some drinks or just relax on the couch.
Located in the middle of a 8 hectare garden, the villa is light and airy, with large sliding glass doors in every bedroom.

All the 5 bedrooms are well air conditioned and have private en suite bathrooms with a large shower place. You will enjoy the exceptional view directly from your modern designed with industrial style and optimal lighting bedroom.

At your service: The villa is fully staffed with villa attendance, gardener, pool caretaker and an onsite manager, available to take care of you. The staffs do not live on the property, but are available when needed.

- Oven, refrigerator, stove and other kitchen utensils

ROAD ACCESS CONDITION
As this villa is a brand new villa and located on a remote location with rice field view, the road access is not smooth and perfect. The road is narrow, a bit tricky, still on progress and narrow for some larger cars. There are no lampposts on the limestone road heading to the villa, so it can be dark at night.
If you rent a car, please be aware to bring a smaller car when you arrive at the villa, as a big car may not fit in the road. A car bigger than a Toyota Avanza, may not be suitable to the road. We recommend you to contact our onsite team for better direction first before you come to the villa.

Please note that currently a construction project is currently underway next to the villa. There is a possibility that the noise from construction equipment will be heard up to the villa. We apologize for the inconvenience that may occur during your stay.

**During Covid-19 we take extra care to disinfect all our surfaces. All towels and bedlinens are washed on high temperature. Our staffs wear masks and hand sanitizer is available. We commit to vigorously following the agoda Guidelines regarding the cleaning protocol**.
