Kayu Aya, THE MAIN STREET of Seminyak with all the fancy restaurants, bars, night clubs, designer shops, beautiful beaches and but still keep you in a total privacy! The villa is spacious and cozy with the a crystal clear swimming pool and a balcony on the second floor to enjoy the view with seating area, or you even can do yoga while feeling the breeze and fresh air.

We provide cleaning twice a week service, our villas also included a dedicated villa manager who will be pleased to arrange for private cars and drivers, babysitters, spa therapists, yoga instructors and many more.

This villa is also baby friendly we can organize baby cot, high chair or pool fence easily. All you need to do is text us with your specific requirements.
