We are delighted to welcome you to this four-bedroom villa with swimming pool in the middle of a lush and peaceful tropical garden.

The villa is at 10 minutes walk from the beach and 200 meters from the lively Oberoi area known for its famous bar, restaurants and designer shops.

Modern comfort combined with Indonesian architecture makes our villa a genuine paradise.
It seats at the end of a small private street, by a rice-field ... a rarity in Seminyak.
The space evolves around a 13 x 3.5 m swimming pool made of green Javanese stones.
A Joglo (traditional Javanese house) hosts the main living area (lounge/ dining area / TV area ), full equipment kitchen, and 2 bedrooms (fully air-conditioned) with their en-suite bathrooms (with hot water).

On the other side of the pool, two extra bedrooms (fully air-conditioned with en-suite bathrooms with hot water) are nestled in small traditional teak wood Javanese houses called Gladaks.

Full time made and security guard at night.
