This villa is located in Singakerta, which means that you are never too far away from the convenience that central Ubud has to offer. You are placed only 10 minutes away from the heart of Ubud, and only 5 minutes outside your villa to a host of convenient stores and restaurants in Nyuh Kuning road

At your service: The villa is fully staffed with villa attendance, gardener, pool caretaker and an onsite manager, available to take care of you. The staffs do not live on the property, but are available when needed.

ROAD ACCESS CONDITION
As this villa is new and located in a remote location with a valley view, the road access is not smooth and perfect. However, the road is still accessible by car only there are no lampposts on the limestone road heading to the villa, so it can be dark at night.
VILLA WITH VALLEY VIEW
As nature is integral to the villa, you may hear peaceful noises from the insects that inhabit the valley during the night. This is the charm of living close to nature in Ubud.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
**During Covid-19 we take extra care to disinfect all our surfaces. All towels and bedlinens are washed on high temperature. Our staffs wear masks and hand sanitizer is available. We commit to vigorously following the agoda Guidelines regarding the cleaning protocol**.

- Q: What time is the Check-in policy?
-A: Please be informed that check-in time is at 15:00 by default. However, you are most welcome to arrive anytime after 11:00, drop your luggage first and start exploring the area while waiting for your room to be ready. If you need an early check in, we will try to accommodate you but we can’t promise due to villa availability
- Q: What time is the Check-out policy?
- A: Our check-out time is at 11:00 by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and involves extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 11:00 – 18:00; an additional charge of 50% of the Daily Villa Rate will apply. Any
