This beautiful villa, comes with two-bedroom accommodation, and is designed over two levels. This villa can sleep up to 4 guests, with the option of an additional rollaway bed or cot. It is personally owned & managed by Australians and comes fully serviced with welcoming staff. This private residence, is complimented by your very own private swimming pool, framed within a lush tropical garden. ON THE LOWER LEVEL ,You will enjoy the entire ground floor with its spacious open plan living, combining dining with a fully equipped kitchen complete with your own Espresso coffee machine, coffee grinder and a chilled filtered water dispenser. An additional guest powder room is conveniently located off the living area. The large glass sliding doors which are lockable for added security, take in the view across the sparkling sunny pool. All the modern comforts are thought of, including Complimentary Wi-Fi, Flat screen LCD-TV with Cable/ Satellite channels, IPod Connectivity, DVD player and Sound system. The Complimentary use of two mobile phones are given to you upon arrival, which have been greatly appreciated by our guests. This makes it easy for you to stay in touch with family and friends whilst you're out and about exploring this beautiful island. Another positive comment that our guests make is, that the difference with our villa is, that we offer lockable glass sliding doors to protect you from the elements in the living & the sleeping areas. This ensures extra security for our guests, and peace of mind for those travelling with young families. A North East aspect also makes this space ideal for the sun worshippers. The terrace, is also a great place to enjoy drinks with family & friends, and includes an outdoor setting for casual dining.
