The cost of repair or replacement will be deducted from the security deposit, with any remaining balance refunded to you. Maximum Room Occupancy: • In consideration of the comfort of all our guests, we kindly request that room occupancy does not exceed 3 guests per room with existing furniture. Maximum Visitors: • To ensure the enjoyment and safety of all guests, we kindly ask that the number of visitors during daytime hours does not exceed double the maximum room occupancy.
