Our apartments are better than small condominium units as they're uniquely renovated to provide you with a spacious living area as well as more bedrooms and bathrooms. The ground floor apartments are wheelchair friendly too.

We are strategically located in the heart of Batam Center in a quiet safe area very close to food courts, malls, spas and seafood. We offer free transfers to and from the ferry as well as free drops to the mall.

Our 3 apartments can accommodate small and large groups. Contact us first so that we can offer you the most suitable & best value accommodation.

This apartment is on the ground floor and is completely separate and isolated form the apartment above.

Fully Air conditioned, hi speed WIFI & satellite TV.

3 bedrooms (including a large family room), Large lounge & dining area, Kitchen & 2 bathrooms all with heated showers.

Our Nagoya apartment is presented with a large lounge and dining area, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen.  All rooms are air conditioned.

The lounge area is fully air conditioned and is ideal for larger groups and families. 

 There is a large flat screen TV attached to wall and adjustable to ensure all can view.  Connected to the TV is a satellite receiver with many different channels including English, Chinese and Indonesian.

The dining area is set next to the lounge with a long table capable of seating 8 persons.

The kitchen area comes fully equipped with, fridge, microwave, induction stoves, rice cooker and toaster.  There is a complete set of pots, pans, plates, glasses knives forks and spoons. There is also an endless supply of safe drinking water.

Bedrooms
We have 3 bedrooms, all are air conditioned. We have had our beds specially made to enable them to be either joined as doubles as well as separated as singles.

Guests have access to the whole apartment.

We actually live in the unit above and are on hand to assist you at all times.

The apartment is in a safe & quiet family friendly area. The walk to Nagoya Hill mall is only 5 minutes.
A security officer sits in the school opposite overlooking the apartments and we also live directly above this unit.

We offer free ferry transfers to and from Harbour Bay. We can also assist you with local drops in the Nagoya area. Some drops are free or at rates significantly lower than online taxis.

We can also arrange full day tours.
