1. Are you a part of Taman Nongsa Indah Village (TNIV) resort?
Elysia Nongsa villas are a set of 5 privately owned beachfront and hill-view villas within TNIV. Any issues during your stay or questions regarding the villa, can be addressed directly with us, or our housekeepers ☺ We will be able to advise you if the lobby reception can help further. However, our guests are entitled to all the facilities of Nongsa Village (swimming pool, Jacuzzi, gym, Nongsa jetty etc.).
2. How do I get to the villa? Are you able to arrange for land transfers from the ferry terminal?
The nearest and fastest way to the villa would be to take a ferry from Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal in Singapore, to Nongsapura Ferry Terminal in Batam. We are able to arrange for complimentary land transfers for arrivals and departures at Nongsapura Ferry Terminal.
3. How do I get around from the resort to other places (cafes, restaurants etc.)?
We recommend downloading the Grab or Gojek (car-hailing phone apps) prior to your arrival. Once downloaded, you can book a ride to anywhere you'd like easily!
4. What is the villa's bedroom configuration?
There are 2 bedrooms in total, with 1 Queen bed in each room. Elysia 24 is able to accommodate a maximum of 4 guests.
