Specification: 2 Bedroom 1 Queen sized and 1 Single sized bed 1 Private Bathroom with Water Heater (and Toilet) Proper Kitchen and Complete Cooking Ware Wi-Fi and a Smart TV (with free Disney+ ready to be watched from) 40 square-meter Could fit 3 people perfectly but if you want to squeeze in a fourth person, they could occupy the sofa or tightly squeezed into the queen bed. A cozy apartment located just alongside Jakarta, it is completed with good amenities for apartment within the area. This specific apartment is filled with mostly families of local residents or workers that seek for easy interconnectivity with sensible price while still getting the comfort and safeness of living within a house complex. So whether you are here for a family trip, single trip, work trip, or simply just want a nice staycation, this place would be perfect for you. We make sure your comfort, this place is air-conditioned and comes with fresh linens, towels. Also it is completed with Wi-Fi and a smart TV for your best entertainment. The apartment complex has great amenities, right at the same floor the unit is located you can enjoy the sky garden to breathe in fresh air, enjoy the view, or to simply just hang out. There is also a simple shared gym, pool, Boba cafe, Indonesian cuisine restaurant, convenience store, and many more! (SEE ‘Where You’ll Be’) The unit is fully-furnished with proper kitchen, bathroom, cleaning appliances, clothing iron, etc. And if you need your clothes washed there’s a laundry service just right across the road! Though should you need anything other than the mentioned, I will be just a message away! If you are being dropped off by taxi, you can immediately drop by the apartment lobby. Though, if you bring your own car there is a paid basement parking in the area or a disabled parking facility right at the front of the apartment lobby. We do not stay in the property but we are just a phone call away. We understand that guests may have questions or need some help with where to begin their adventure in Jakarta. We understand that tourists may have some questions when they arrive in a new country/place, so we will do our best to answer them for you. Being right at the southeast of Jakarta, this part of Bekasi, Jatibening is a perfect location if you want to find a balance of fast transport to the heart of Jakarta, affordable living cost of satellite city, and the friendliness of local culture. You will find yourself flavorsome cost-friendly food with various taste you can expect. Just with a 3-minute walk north, you can enjoy delicious Chinese Food at Bakmi Cahaya. Right at the ground floor of the apartment complex you will see the #1 boba spot in Indonesia, Chatime, coffee shop that also sells Japanese style toast, a bakery, and a fresh Manadonese food (be cautious of the spice though!). About 800m walk to the northeast, you can find plenty world famous franchise at Grand Kota Bintang, also there is Talaga Sampireun which serves the best Sundanese food in Jakarta area. OH! Also special shout out to my family’s favorite Palembangnese Restaurant, it is a homey restaurant serving delicacies from Palembang, South Sumatra such as the famous Pempek, creamy and delicious Mie Celor, and fresh and sweet Red Bean Shaved Ice. You forgot to bring a toothbrush or toothpaste? You want to cook yourself a tasty meal or treat yourself fresh fruits? Worry not, there is Indomaret Fresh, convenience store that offers not only daily necessities but also fresh vegetables and fruits. Just across the complex there’s also the famous Mr. DIY store, a store that sells cheap EVERYTHING, from sunglasses to hardware I guarantee you can find
