We really enjoy meeting new people, sharing stories and sharing experiences, The Host Harry, as a former guide, knows the area well and is eager to share his experience and give you tips for your trip. Harry & his wife Mimin arrange ferry tickets and cabin, airport shuttle and other driving requests. Harry can also act as a guide for longer trips to other areas of Indonesia such as Papua Raja Ampat and Sulawesi if required. Rooms are made using local materials including bamboo and palm tree and coconut tree to fit in with the location which is a mixture of coconut plantations and rice paddies. Fitted with mosquito nets and a fan for comfort this tranquil location is perfect for relaxing away from the city but with free WiFi so you can catch up with emails or Facebook. Bike Rental and Scooter rental is available. The Cottage is in a great location about halfway between Gorontalo airport and the city and has the relaxed atmosphere of a village which is perfect for seeing how people live away from the cities. Although the homestay is in a quiet location set back from the road, transport into the city is easy to organise in tuk-tuk type vehicles called bentors or perfect way is to Rent a Scooter .
