A place to work or rest that is (almost) free from the sounds of Jakarta traffic, but surrounded by markets and malls. Less than 1km walking distance from PIM3, easy access to the nearby Gandaria City, Transmart, Poins Square, Kebayoran Lama, Mayestik traditional markets and many shops and restaurants around (towards bintaro area is better)
Downstair, there is a gazeboo for outdoor sitting amids banana, herbs and other trees, where you can even arrange your barbeque.
There is a washing machine you can use. you can also ask my assistant help to send it to nearby laundrette, of course. In the room there is an iron and ironing board for your use.

My assistant also ready to attend to your needs. she does not speak english, but i believe she can use translation machine.
There are plenty of choices to go around.
First is on foot.
A traditional market, convenience stores, medical clinic, health laboratorium .... are all less than 500meters away
If you like walking farther, you can go to Pondok Indah Mall on foot. Using the backyard alley it is less than 1000meters, but the direction is not that easy to find. You may prefer to opt for the main road, slightly farther. At Pondok Indah Mall 1,2 and 3, you canfind whatever you need. name it. of course it has a long list of best food in jakarta.
