If you have any technical problems, such as alarm, fire detector, water and electricity, you can reach the staffs / security in the lobby area for immediate help.

- Tap water is not drinkable, we provide mineral water at the dispenser for our guest.
- Please turn off all appliances when you leave the apartment

- Please lock all windows and doors when you leave the apartment
- Due to the BUILDING SECURITY RULE: Upon your check -out, u might need a security pass in order to bring out a medium/big box (especially electronic goods) from the apartment, even though you can show them the receipt of your purchase as a prove of you own belongings. Please make sure with the security prior your check out and you could ask for the pass in advance. Please contact us if you are still not sure.
