Enjoy the cool mountain breeze from the rooftop for a sweeping 360 degree view of surrounding mountain and Malang City.
Our 3-bedroom villa is located in the heart of Batu. Everything you need is in this house.
Our villa offers you a private pool, fully equipped kitchen, DIY free laundry, water heater, karaoke, games, books collection and a rooftop with barbeque-firepit and table-chairs to relax on , making it a perfect place to stay for families.
COCO Villa offers simply home experience featuring a panoramic at the rooftop. This provides the best place to relax at the end of the day and watch Netflix as well as the perfect location for photoshoots.
This is family villa and best suited for 5 to 7 guests although we do understand if you are travelling with big group or family you would rather stay in one house. Bed rooms are available for 5 people while the other 2 with folding bed. It goes without saying this might be less comfortable for some.
Layout :
First Floor : outside parking, living room (karaoke-games-smart TV), bathroom with rain shower, dining room, kitchen, and private pool (floaters for kids are available).
Second Floor : three bedrooms with queen size bed-double size bed-single size bed, bathroom with rain shower.
Third Floor : laundry room (emergency aid kit-washing machine-ironing-dry rack, guest are more than welcome to utilize washing machine) and rooftop with barbeque, 2 full sets of chairs and table with panoramic mountain view.
Again, you can enjoy the cool mountain breeze from the rooftop for a sweeping view Panderman Mountain.
COCO villa is completely private and guests will have full access to all areas.
COCO Villa located in a residential complex with round-the-clock security supervision. One day before arrival, guest will receive a password to lock box for a self-check-in process.
Before leave, guest will put the key back again into lock box.
