Lokasi kami berada di tengah Kota Malang. Strategis dan aman karena terletak didalam perumahan, dekat dengan masjid, tempat makan & cafe. Bisa dihuni hingga 6 orang yaa, cocok untuk digunakan keluarga atau grup (terdiri dari pria saja atau wanita saja). Konsep penginapan kami adalah SYARIAH jadi dimohon pengertian dan kerjasamanya untuk tidak reservasi bila rombongan terdiri dari pasangan bukan suami istri atau grup (terdiri dari pria dan wanita yang bukan keluarga).
Check-in jam 14.00 dan check-out jam 12.00 yaa. Bila memungkinkan, bisa add on late check-out/early check-in +50.000/3jam (max extra hour 6jam).
Disewakan full 1 rumah yang terdiri dari :
Lantai 1
- Teras
- Ruang TV
- Dapur
- Kamar Mandi (no water heater)
Lantai 2
- Kamar tidur dengan 2 bed (160x200) dengan konsep mezzanine (tanpa dinding, pintu, dan jendela)
Full furnish & fasilitas lengkap sesuai foto. Free 6pcs mineral water (small bottle), tea, coffee, and snack ya! Di dapur sudah ada kulkas, rice cooker, water kettle, kompor, gas, peralatan masak dan peralatan makan. Mohon maaf, tidak ada dispenser atau galon air mineral ????
Parkir kendaraan :
???? Parkir didalam pagar unit, bisa menampung up to 4 motor
???? Parkir diseberang unit, bisa menampung up to 2 mobil, insya Allah aman & tidak mengganggu jalan
P.s. Setiap akan memasuki waktu shalat, di Masjid perumahan kami disetelkan murottal (rekaman suara Al-Quran) ; Setiap jam setelah jam 12 malam terdapat satpam perumahan yang berkeliling sambil membunyikan tiang listrik.

Our location in the central of Malang City. Near with Mosque, Restaurants and Cafe. It can be for 4 until 6 person, so it's suitable for family or group (non family, mens only or womens only). Our property is SYARIAH, please don't make any reservations if your group are consist of non family (mixing mens and womens)
Check-in at 02.00pm and check-out at 12.00pm. If available you may ask for early check-in or late check-out with additional cost IDR 50.000/3hours (maximum additional is 6 hours)

- A bedroom with 2 beds (160x200) mezzanine concept room (without wall, door, and window)
Full furnish & all facilities are shows on the pictures. Free 6 bottle of mineral water (small bottle), tea, coffee, and snack! You'll find refrigerator, rice cooker, watter kettle, stove & gas, cooking ware and cutleries in the kitchen. We are sorry, no dispenser for mineral water here ????

???? Up to 4 motorcycle inside (on the terrace)
???? Up to 2 cars outside (across the unit)
P.s. There will be a murottal (Quran records) from the Mosque around the unit before 5 times pray helds. Every hour right after 12am there are security who walking around inside the complex to check and "ringing" the electric poles.
Please make the reservations minimum 6 hours before arrival
