A brand new studio apartment located right above the biggest shopping mall in Surabaya, with the views of swimming pool, golf course, the city of Surabaya & the famous Suramadu Bridge. Positioned on the 19th floor of the Orchard Apartment building. Our room was initially designed for private use, so it’s very homy, cozy, efficient, and bigger than most of other studio rooms. It's dedicated to meet the demands of both business & leisure travellers - for couples, solo adventurers, families. The studio has a super king size bed (200x200), which equipped with premium facilities such as AC, high speed wifi, smart tv+netflix, working desk, and 1 bathroom with water heater. Folding mattress and extra blanket can be requested with extra charge. Kitchen and dining ware (include: plates, bowl, spoon, fork, etc) are available. - refrigerator - electric stove - extendable dining table - electric kettle - rice cooker - microwave - hair dryer - hair flatter - iron - free compliments (coffee, tea & sugar) Bottled mineral water, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and towels will be given 1 time only upon check-in. The studio will be cleaned before you arrive but not during your stay. Guests can access the apartment's pools, playground, & gym. The apt has direct access to Pakuwon Mall and PTC. The biggest shopping mall in Surabaya, that has many branded shops , restaurants, cinemas, drug stores, etc. We are facilitating self check in, so you can check in anytime after the check in time. Early check in and late check out could be happenned if we don't have any guest before or after your arrival. Just let us know. However, this is not something we can guarantee because new booking sometimes unpredictable If you bring a car , we can provide you parking card for 24 hours private parking lot.
