This luxurious apartment is situated in a perfect location right at Downtown Surabaya. It is also conveniently linked to one of the biggest Mall, Tunjungan Plaza, which is a one stop shopping place that you can easily find Restaurants, Coffeeshops, Bars, Grocery, Cinema and Clothing stores. The mall is literally 1 min walk from the lobby. The apartment building itself even though its old but it is well maintained and my unit is newly renovated with high end furniture and the latest interior design.
This apartment is 3 Bedroom apartment but it is huge by size about 134 meter square. the size is bigger than the standard newer 2/3 bedrooms apartment. It has 3 bedrooms but I am only renting the 2 large bedrooms. The additional small bedroom can be rented upon request. It has 2 bathrooms; one is a private bathroom in the master bedroom and the other is a shared bathroom located in the common area. 4 large towels + Shampoo + Bodysoap + Hairdryer+ Iron+ Kitchen utensils +Water dispenser for drinking water+ Electric water kettle + Microwave+ Coffee maker are provided.

There is a garbage room next to the lift for throwing away trash
Parking space
There is an underground private garage but do note that there is only 1 parking spot for one vehicle and please park at the designated parking spot which is number 95 and not on the other spot because it belongs to other unit.
